Rebuild work at the new Westgate skatepark began on the 29th of November. Despite less than perfect weather, progress has been good.
Work to dismantle the park began in early November with the first materials arriving on site on the 10th of November, kindly donated by Chandlers Building Supplies in Ramsgate.
The blockwork and shuttering are now in place, ready for the first concrete pour in the next week.
Also, a big shout out to Kan-Doo Timber in Margate for sorting us out with the timber for the skatepark shuttering. It’s really nice to know that people appreciate what we’re doing, and we are truly grateful for the support.
